GRGINTECH Appoints VNE S.p.A. as Exclusive Distributor of BR-08 Banknote Recycler in Italy

SERAVEZZA, Italy — September 10, 2026 — GRGINTECH has appointed VNE S.p.A. as its Exclusive Distributor in Italy for the BR-08 Series Banknote Recycler, strengthening the two companies'collaboration in cash automation and automated payment solutions.

The partnership was formalized during a visit by GRGINTECH CEO Mr Lei Yun and his team to VNE's headquarters in Seravezza, Italy, where the two companies discussed opportunities extending beyond distribution, including product development, application-specific customization, manufacturing, technical support and after-sales service.

A partnership built around complementary expertise

The appointment brings together two companies with complementary capabilities in payment automation and cash handling technology.

Founded in 1977 in Seravezza, VNE is an international company specializing in money handling machines, payment terminals, service terminals and automated systems supporting both cash and electronic payments.

VNE manages key stages of its operations in-house, including hardware and software development, manufacturing, technical service and repair. The company has also established an international presence through its operations in Europe and other markets, including subsidiaries in Latin America and Africa.

BR-08 Banknote Recycler: Compact cash recycling for automated retail

The BR-08 Series Banknote Recycler is designed to simplify cash handling in retail automation and other self-service environments where transaction speed, space efficiency and reliable cash management are critical.

The system can process a banknote in approximately 2.5 seconds and recycle up to four denominations with a capacity of 140 notes, helping reduce the frequency of manual replenishment during busy operating periods.

The BR-08 can dispense up to 10 banknotes in a single transaction and provides a 1,000-note deposit capacity, supporting higher transaction volumes while helping operators keep cash handling processes efficient.

Its compact form factor is designed for integration into kiosks and counters, while drum-based escrow technology supports secure and reliable banknote recycling. A last-in, first-out (LIFO) mechanism enables the original deposited bills to be returned when required.

The BR-08 is CE and FCC certified.

By combining acceptance, storage and dispensing capabilities in a compact module, the BR-08 is designed to help automated retail operators reduce cash handling bottlenecks and deliver a smoother customer experience during peak periods.

From distribution to future innovation

While the BR-08 banknote recycler will serve as an initial focus of the partnership, the collaboration between GRGINTECH and VNE is expected to extend into broader technology and application opportunities.

During the visit, the two teams exchanged views on product R&D, manufacturing, customization and technical support, while identifying several potential projects.

For both companies, the next stage is to translate their complementary capabilities into solutions adapted to the specific requirements of different automated environments.
